The Forest Capital Building is the home of our headquarters along with a variety of businesses from a Law office to a gym.  Close to I-85, right next to downtown Concord and located on McGill Ave adjacent to Gibson Mill entertainment complex. With 20 executive offices upstairs and two very flexible spaces downstairs, the possibilities are endless here.

The Sam Leder Forest

A greenway next to downtown Concord to honor Sam Leder. This property will provide many benefits to our community. Such as bringing connectivity to a neighborhood built by Habitat for Humanity, being a source of educational learning for The Boy Scouts and other organizations, as well as simply being a place where anyone can enjoy time in nature.

Our most recent project on McGill Ave. This space was previously an abandoned vehicle service station. As we're working toward revitalizing this area, we are proud to have this space completed and occupied by a new local business.

Wightman Oaks

Wightman Oaks Townhomes is a development that currently consists of two buildings containing five luxury townhomes each, ten in total.  Wightman Oaks is located less than 1 mile from I-85 Exit 55.
