McGill Avenue Re-Development

The McGill Avenue Re-Development will be a total of 5 buildings among 3 separate parcels.

300 McGill and 350 McGill have been completed and are fully leased.

 

380 McGill along with the adjacent greenway is on tract to be completed this year.

 

We have 1.5 acres of C-2 Zoning on McGill Avenue land remaining. 

These previously dilapidated property are already thriving with small businesses.

Leder Educational Forest
