Julien B.Booth
Founder & Operator
Julien (J.B.) started Rowan Rock & Timber in Concord, NC after relocated another company, Forest Capital*, to Concord NC in late 2016.
The Rowan Rock & Timber mission was to acquire, restore, and stabilize distressed and underutilized commercial/residential/agricultural properties.
Since 2017 Rowan Rock & Timber has completed 22 commercial development projects in the greater Concord NC area.
Julien is also the Chief Investment Officer - Fixed Income & Real Assets for Forest Capital.
Julien received a B.S. in Forest Management from N.C. State University.

Jada M.H. Allman
Operations Manager
Jada brings robust business and leadership experience to Rowan Rock & Timber.
With a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry she has a passion for service excellence and a dedication to making the extra effort to help others.
Her credentials include a B.S. in Business Economics from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte as well as a M.S.A.C. in Business Analytics from East Carolina University.
